Comfort Inn Lafayette North I-10

The desk clerk was very kind and welcoming and the room was very spacious with a comfortable bed.

The smell of marijuana filled the halls, while our room was pretty clean the hallways and common areas could use some refurbishing and deep cleaning.

Nice rooms, updated

Marijuana smell in the hall, people hollering and fighting in the hall. Water pressure was not good, beds are metal and loud and the mattress slides off.

Friendly staff

An unpleasant odor in the room and halls. There was hair in the sink. I didn't feel clean there and worried about what may be in the sheets.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom. It should have towel bars. But the worst problem was that the shower was too much affected, apparently, by other users nearby. We couldn't get enough water pressure to even take a decent shower.

Location was good for me.

First night, late check-in. Room was not cleaned. Went to desk in the morning, room cleaned that 2nd day. Found the fridge did work.

My daughter left her necklace in the room and they found it

The shower was nasty looking.

Nothing at alll!!!!

Beds were hard & not comfortable, room was nasty had 5 roaches, something nasty stuck on curtains by window & you could tell housekeeping didnt clean room good at all one of the beds headboard frame had dirty hands prints all over it breakfast was NASTY!

Great people in room wonderful breakfast everything was great except

Location is very sketchy according to police our car was almost stolen cost $4,000 to repair the damage to window and steering column. Active lot security should be provided..

No roaches

Bad area. Music and cops and sirens at 2AM. Charge $20 per dog without a heads up, bed hard.

It was a dreadful experience. The first thing I asked when checking in was ¿is this place safe¿. I¿m a single mom and couldn¿t afford to leave. But it was an awful experience. I¿m still waiting on the 50 to be credited back to my card.

The whole experience was terrible and scary. Our sheets were wet. The room wasn¿t clean and lots of people loitering around.

The over all looks of the sleeping area.

Everything looked nice and clean, but I walked on the floor once barefoot to quickly grab something from the counter and my feet got filthy. My hotel door did not lock on top of everything. It was very nerve wrecking parts of the night.

It is in a convenient location and the room was clean.

My reservation was for two nights. Check out is at 11 AM, and housekeeping woke me up at 9 AM BOTH days! I informed the office attendant upon check-out. She was pleasant and apologetic; and she informed me that "they thought I had already checked out".

Close to the Highway

The sheets had a lot of hair on them, the shower faucet leaked all night.

Was clean

Water pressure with the vanity was horrible no pressure at all we had to use the shower water to wash our hands and-or brush our teeth .

The breakfast was nice with make-your-own waffles.

There was a loud fight going on all night in the hallway outside my room. The people arguing had a dog with them that barked incessantly. We called the front desk but the fighting continued all night. Also, the floors were peeling and the beds were loud.

The staff

Less people no breakfast. A man kept knocking on my door and constant fighting which led to hardly any sleep

The manager was polite and apolgetic

The linen was dirty and so was floor
